There is an alternative health fad that has been circulating and it was allegedly made famous by Gwyneth Paltrow. If you guessed that it is vaginal steaming (V steaming), then you are right! Currently, V steaming is still an alluded idea in Singapore because there are very few salons that offers it. However, it is a treatment in its own right because it has many benefits, especially for the ladies.
While the origins of V steaming are unclear, it is quite a common practice in Southeast Asian countries and some European countries. With the influence of Gwyneth Paltrow, V steaming is also making its mark in the United States and other Western areas.
V steaming involves sitting over a pot of steaming hot water that is infused with various kinds of aromatic and healing herbs such as chamomile and mugwort.
